Withdraw from contract

You can end your purchase and send the goods back. Consumers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom have this right by law for 14 days from the day the goods reach you, without giving a reason. Shoppers everywhere else may use the same form under our 30-day returns policy.

What you need

  • Your order number — it is in your order confirmation and your dispatch email.
  • The email address you used at checkout.

What happens next

  • An acknowledgement reaches you by email straight away, with the date, the time and a reference number.
  • Within two business days we email you the return instructions and the address to send the goods to.
  • We refund every payment we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you send us proof that you posted them.

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing and pay the direct cost of the return, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. You may handle a piece as you would in a shop; you are liable only for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us instead — we cancel it free of charge.
